An employer sets up a regression Y = b0 + b1X, where Y is performance and X is years of
experience for MBA hires for a particular job in Chicago. If this employer was interested in testing simply whether MBA employees from University had performance that was different from other MBA employees, the employer would have to
include an intercept dummy variable D, where D=1 for and D=0 otherwise
