1.) Tums is a common antacid that people take when they experience heartburn. The ingredient in tums that reacts with excess stomach acid calcium carbonate. Write out a complete and balanced chemical equation for the reaction of Tums with excess stomach acid. 2.) Thus far in lab we have completed different titrations. Do some research and indicated which pH indicator would be best for this reaction. Please include at least two different indicators and state why you did so. Please provide a link or book title (full citations are not necessary) as to where you found your information. 3.) A 0.204 g sample of CO3²- antacid is dissolved with 25.0 mL of 0.0981 M HCI. The hydrochloric acid that is not neutralized by the antacid is titrated to a bromophenol blue endpoint with 5.83 mL of 0.104 M NaOH. Calculated the number of moles of base in the antacid. (HINT: MolesBase,Antacid + MolesNaOH = MolesHCI)
