Mary is a PTA who is a part of the membership committee of the APTA state chapter. She is charged with creating a plan to entice more new graduates to become members. She and her committee are looking to focus on two main promotional activities. An example of an activity
that is currently being used by membership committees is a "PT Pub Night" that allows people to
socialize and discuss issues related to physical therapy.
1. What information do you need to work on this activity?
2. Make a list of promotional activities. Include in the list a possible budget, resources needed to complete the task, and number of volunteers to implement the activity.
3. Narrow the list down to two activities and create a proposal to give to the board of directors.
