Here I would like you to draw a structural formula for twoprotein monomers (two amino acids). They can be any two amino acidsyou choose...(you will need to look up and insert 'something' forthe side chains, there are twenty amino acids to choose from).Then, show how these two amino acids bond (show the parts thatconnect and anything that's removed in the process). Clearly labelyour drawing so I can see how well you understand the formation ofa peptide bond.
For credit: Draw (on paper or tablet) the two amino acids andclearly show and label the parts that are involved in bonding. Alsoclearly label (name and include an arrow) the bond that formsconnecting the amino acids and any details related to the bondingprocess. (NOTE: For credit, this needs to be a unique drawing,your drawing not a drawing from googleplease!)
