The drawing shows a collision between two pucks on an air-hockey table. Puck A has a mass of 0.0170 kg and is moving along the x axis with a velocity of +7.43 m/s. It makes a collision with puck B, which has a mass of 0.0340 kg and is initially at rest. The collision is not head-on. After the collision, the two pucks fly apart with the angles shown in the drawing. Find the speed of (a) puck A and (b) puck B. The figure shows the top view of two pucks before and after collision. The puck labeled A is moving to the right with a velocity of 5.5 meters per second towards another puck labeled B that is at rest. After collision, puck A moves to the top right making an angle of 65 degrees above the horizontal and puck B moves to the bottom right making an angle of 37 degrees below the horizontal.
