Q3 (3 points) Two identical blocks are located on a frictionless horizontal surface. They are connected by a light spring having spring constant k = 80 N/m. The length of the unstretched spring is Lo= 0.5 m. A charge Qis gradually put on each block, causing the spring to stretch to an equilibrium length L = 0.6 m, as shown in the Figure.
