The vibrational wavenumber ve and the anhamonic constant xeve of O₂ are 1580 cm¹ and 12 cm¹ in its electronic ground state X³ and 700 cm and 8 cm¹ in the excited state B³, respectively. Given that the separation Te between the minima in their respective potential energy curves of these two electronic states is 49802 cm¹, what is the wavenumber of the lowest energy transition Yoo originating from the u" = 0 vibrational state of the electronic ground state to this excited state? What are the wavenumbers of the three transitions for the u' progression from u" = 0 to v' = 1, 2, 3 ? Ignore any rotational structure.
