1. Employment / labor problems in Indonesia are still related tonarrow job opportunities, high unemployment, low quality of labor,wages cheap and meager social security. Don't forget, the treatmentthat is detrimental to theworkers such as abuse, immorality, humiliation, intimidation tosexual harassment as well experienced very often. Finally, manyIndonesian citizens become workers outside the country country; andin their own country; demands protection and supervision from thestate to Indonesian workers. Not to forget, discrimination alsooften occurs in the world of employment / labor, namely:when individuals with the same education, and the same workexperience, do same job, but paid differently. The laws of mostcountries prohibit this kind of discrimination on the grounds of:sex and sexual character, nationality, age, marital status,ancestry, country of origin, race and evenreligion/belief.
