BONUS Case #2 A 30 yo male is being treated with Vancomycin 1000 mg IV q8h for an MRSA osteomyelitis. The MIC is 1.5. Patient has normal renal function and weighs 80 kg. Drug levels are collected around the 5th dose. 4/9 @0800-30 4/9 @0400-10 4/9 MAR 0600 and 4/8 was 0600/1400/2200 Calculate AUC
