(1) (a) Let = (1,0,0). Show that the vector = (1, 0, 1) makes a 45° angle with w. (b) If is any vector (not equal to u) that also makes a 45° angle with u, is u + guaranteed to make a 45° with w? If yes, explain why. If no, provide an example of such a vector U. Does the vector a = 5u make a 45° angle with w? What about b= -5u? Explain why using at least two sentences.
