below.
Assume that the K value and VDS,SAT of MOSFET is 4 and 0.5V
respectively.
a.Determine the current in each branch of the circuit shown in
Figure 1
and hence calculate the transconductance of M3, M4 and M5. Do
clearly state and explain all the assumptions made (if any).
b.Using small signal AC analysis, find the overall voltage gain
of the
circuit shown in Figure 1. Student may wish to express the answer
in
terms of the transconductance of the transistors.
