He rested for lunch for 20 minutes at town As After which he continued to race for a further 17km to town B at 14:15 and rest for 10 minutes. He Continued to town C 13 Km apart from town B at 5:30 and rest for Another 15 minutes. He completed the face final distance for a steaky Speed of 5km/hr.
