Suppose the roller coaster car starts from rest at point A and moves without friction. Point A, point B, point C and point D are 10.0 m, 3.0 m, 6.0 m and 5.0 m respectively from the ground level. Point E is 30.0 m (horizontal) from point D. Based on this, answer the following: (i) How fast is the roller coaster car at points C and D? (6 x ½ mark) (ii) What constant deceleration must be applied at point D to have the roller coaster car stop at E? (2 x ½ mark)
