Describe any SAR trends within the activity data for the5-amides (7a – 7g)
my answer is : The potency of the 5-amide decreases from 7ato 7g. 7a is the most potent as compared to 7e and 7f which had thepresence of a methyl group. The representative amides from theseries did not meet the minimal susceptibility criteria which had aratio of BA/AB <3. All the compounds had a potent less than 5000due to the presence of carbon-carbon bonds linking on a substitutedbenzene ring.
