Mrs Jillian is a 95 year old female admitted to LTC fromHospital after a fall at home. She was living alone. Patientappears thin and frail. She has good appetite but poor dentition -several missing teeth. She is currently on a regular diet. She alsohas a stage 3 ulcer on buttocks Focus, As the FSW – Whatwould you do? Suggest possible changes/what to consider to helpimprove nutritional status.
