Real Time Shop is a company that was established in 1995. It offersonline clothing to customers that are not interested in physicallygoing into stores but opt to rather shop in the comfort of theirhomes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the store experienced a higherturnover than it had ever experienced since inception. It was after intense frustration and confusion that Mr Bundadecided to appoint Prof Thato Masilo to provide him with therelevant support and mentorship so that he can manage the researchmethodology module. Nonetheless these difficulties did not deter MrBunda from finding the module interesting. He specifically likedthe fact that in research one chooses a topic of choice,intensively reviews literature about that topic, decides on themethodology or an approach to the study and makes conclusions aboutthe findings.
