Colombia's James ended up scoring in the '89 minute, and a Colombian fan got really excited and was celebrating as he was walking to the restroom. Then, there was a loud boom! The fan had slipped and fell on the butter covered floor due to the butter spill that had still not been cleaned up and was still without a warning sign in place.
