There are a number of PIZZA product oriented Outlets inCalifornia for which a Case study is being undertaken on Six (6) ofthem. You as an Operations Strategist have been assigned One ofthem with the aim of carrying out an analysis on the Outlet'scompetitiveness and performance by critically reviewing the Five(5) Performance Objectives and Four (4) Decision areas ascurrently deployed and employed on the Outlet's Operations. As youcarry out the review answer the following questions throughdiscourse and discussion:
1. (a) Name the PIZZA outlet that you are studying and statebriefly its Mission, Values and Vision of the PIZZA outlet.Out of the Five (5) Performance Objectives commonly used forbusiness competitiveness, state and briefly explain the Performanceobjectives on which the PIZZA house/outlet is currently employingto compete on the market (5Marks)
