20. You are studying the possible interaction of two proteins, jaz and bop in response to stimulation with the growth factor IGF. Figure A shows Western blotting with anti-jaz and anti-bop antibodies in an experiment where you isolate the cytoplasm (C) and nucleus (N) of untreated cells (-IGF), and Figure B shows the same experiment after treating cells with IGF (+IGF).
