your professional advice? Case Study#1: 38yr old, female (European decent) pt comes into your dermatology practice (you are partners with several other OU alumni and OU diplomas line the walls). The Pt presents with a 3x4 cm discoloration on her R & L posterior axillary and posterior scapular regions but not the vertebral region at the same level. Pt reports itching and redness in the regions. Dermatomes normal. Muscle testing normal. Pt Family History of ovarian and skin cancer. Pt has worked at outdoor restaurant for the past 5months.
