The Pt presents with a 3x4 cm discoloration on her R & L posterior axillary and posterior scapular regions but not the vertebral region at the same level. Pt reports itching and redness in the regions. Dermatomes normal. Muscle testing normal. Pt Family History of ovarian and skin cancer. Pt has worked at outdoor restaurant for the past 5months.
