9. I have been isolating at home during the COVID-19 pandemic during the state of emergency declared by the pandemic. Now "things are opening up" but I am afraid to go back to work. Can I refuse to go back to work because of the COVID-19 pandemic? Do I not have a right to refuse unsafe work because I have a fear of the virus? Would it be different if I was a vulnerable person (older, asthma/lung condition, immune condition, pregnant etc.)? What if I cannot get childcare during the pandemic?
