The following picture shows the shipping process. During a shift, the number of items picked from the shelves by the Picking team must equal the number of items shipped by the Shipping team. Items are packed by two teams (Packing Group A and Packing Group B). Each Packing group packs different percentages of the total volume being shipped for the shift.
