You are the Assistant Manager for Arias Corporation, No 52, Jalan Puteri 1/2, 47100 Puchong, Selangor. Your company had its Annual Dinner two days ago and you were part of the Organising Committee. The event was held at Grande Hotel, Jalan SS15/8, 47500 Subang Jaya. However, you and the other Organising Committee members were not very happy with the services provided by the hotel. Write a letter to Ms Jana Abdullah, Events Manager of Grande Hotel, asking for explanation regarding the following complaints: Vegetarian food was not provided despite a special request made.
