Corporate social responsibility (CSR) becomes nowadays part ofthe strategic thinking of organizations. The classical definitionof CSR is ‘the economic, legal, ethical, and discretionaryexpectations that society has of organizations at a given point intime’. However, practices of CSR were debatable as some scholarsthink they are only “Window Dressing” and not a real structuralchange. On the other hand, opposite group of scholars think thatthey are real and that CSR pays off.
