3. Fong wants to sell his car. The car has an occasional problem with the fuel injector system, but Fong did not repair it before the sale. Ah Moy went to see the car, liked what she saw and bought the car. Fong did not tell anything about the car problem to Ah Moy. Two weeks later, the car starts giving problem to Ah Moy and her mechanic told her the reason why. Ah Moy wishes to sue Fong for fraud under the Contract Act 1950. Will she be successful? (6 Marks)
