ACC 2203 Class Exercise MFRS 124 Related Party Disclosures Question 1 Company ABC Bhd was incorporated on 15 January 2016. Immediately after incorporation, it issued 2,000,000 ordinary shares at RM1. Iqra' Bhd purchased 800,000 ordinary shares of Company ABC Bhd. Iqra' Bhd involved in the publication of university books. It later appointed Mr. Zakaria as one of its board's member.
