(a) Find the closed loop poles and the control gain K that makes the system have 18% overshoot when Gc(s)=1. (b) Using the pole-zero cancellation method, dessign a lead compensator Ge(s)=(s+2)/(s+pe) that can reduce half of the settling time of the uncompensated syttem.
