b. P An electrical load of 80kW with a 0.80 power factor lagging will be installed in a factory. The distance between source and the load is 200 meters. The load will be supplied from 415V three phase system. The permissible voltage drop is 5% and the demand factor for this load is 1. The cable is directed buried in ground WHER D EN in trench at the depth of 1.0 meter with ground temperature of approximately 35°C. The number of cable per trench is one. The thermal resistivity of soil is not known however the nature of soil is damp soil type. As an electrical engineer, propose a suitable cable size for this installation by using all the information given. There are only two available cable sizes to be selected for this problem as shown in the Table Q3(b) below. Use Table A1-A7 in the appendix to answer this question.
