Bowel & Bladder
Daily: assist client with am care, laundry,
light housekeeping (sweep floor, dishes, clean kitchen and
bathroom, change litter) daily.
Allotted time: 1.5 hours daily
Weekly: shower on Tues, allotted time 1
hour per week
Nursing to visit weekly to assess status
Answer the following questions based on the Care
Plan (use the following format):
1. Write out the sequence of how you will complete the
tasks ordered including the order of cleaning activities that you
will complete. Lists 10
2. What can you do to ensure that the care you provide is
person-centered professional and top quality? Lists 4 .
