You are part of the HR Department for “Style State”, a smallbusiness which sells wholesale clothing to local retail stores. Theteam consists of five members; youself, Bijesh Karki, Sarah Jones,Chang Gao and Michael Burnes.
You want to schedule a biannual meeting to discuss the progresssince the last meeting and make plans for the next six months.
Since the last meeting, you partnered with three new retailstores and you would like to review sales and progress. You wouldalso discuss opportunities for partnering with new retailstores.
You think that some of the managment team would benefit fromleadership training so you would like to investigate optionsand identify costs involved.
