Dividing the materials between insulators and conductors, we saw that when a charge approaches a conductor, it will create induced charges on its surface. A phenomenon that does not happen in insulators. However, we introduced a third category of materials on the basis of electrical properties: semiconductors. In your opinion, if I approach a charge close to a semiconductor, will it have an attraction of induced charges on its surface?
