Client E is a 60 year-old male with a long history of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and End- Stage Kidney disease and has been admitted with oliguria and hyperkalemia. He is admitted to the acute care hospital with a diagnosis of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) on Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). 2.
