ANALYSIS OF MOTION- Push-Up- for this motion, only analyze the GH joint, ST articulation & Elbow joint. 1. Describe the objective and technique of the skill During this movement, the individual begins on the floor in a plank position with hands placed shoulder width apart & elbows straight Phase 1- Lowering Phase. The individual bends their elbows bring their nose to the ground. Phase 2- Push Phase. The individual straightens their elbows back to the starting position. II.
