1. According to the case provided below, answer the following
questions:
a. Choose a solution and describe how we will implement
this solution into the organization. Explain
b. Describe how you would communicate with managers,
execs, low-level staff, etc. to implement the solution as
seamlessly as possible.
Case: Healthcare provider, “NY Hospital
Group,” is in the process of acquiring three other hospitals in the
greater New-York area and integrating them into their greater
network. NY Hospital group plans to retain at least 3,000 of the
5,000 existing employees at these hospitals. For these acquisitions
to work, NY Hospital group needs to do the following:
Determine which employees are needed and which ones are
redundant and retain as many valuable employees as possible. NY
Hospital wants to retain as many nurses as possible.
Train the new managers to use NY Hospital’s proprietary
scheduling systems and payroll software.
Train the retained employees on NY hospital’s policies,
including those related to operations, compensation, and
While the NY Hospital group thought they were prepared to
integrate these employees onto their system, they are now
experiencing a lot of problems. Now, NY hospital executives Tony
and Barbara are contacting you, an organizational development
consultant, because they want you to address the following
problems:
Employee morale, especially among the nursing staff, is at an
all-time low.
Tony thinks that this is a lingering effect of the Covid-19
pandemic, and that it will eventually blow over
Barbara thinks that the lack of clear communication is making
everyone anxious about their job security
Managers have not taken to the new scheduling software and
continue to make costly errors
The errors are resulting in employees being paid for hours they
didn’t work or receiving benefits they’re not entitled to.
You have a team of payroll specialists who are becoming
increasingly swamped addressing these issues.
Benefits and compensation changes have not been communicated
properly, leading to employees incorrectly using benefits they’re
not entitled to.
(Ex: Nurse going on vacation for a month, despite not having as
much PTO in this new organization)
Barbara really wants to hire some temporary workers to help
train the new employees and ease the transition process. Tony
believes that proper communication is the best way to solve all of
their problems. Use your skills as an OD consultant to devise the
best course of action.

complete question that I divided into two parts for the convenience
of the tutor. Kindly answer both parts of the questions in detail
(400-500 words) and case is provided above according to which
questions should be answered.
