Oal Females will likely choose mates and will choose the most fit male Ob) Competition isn't necessary since there are plenty of males and so there will be little or no selection selection on either sex. Od Females will have fewer choices and so the males will need to compete for which female it will have access to causing them to experience high sexual selection Od Females will need to compete for males and so will be under greater selection for sexual traits.
