Lalani has been a care provider for more than 20 years. Her current consumer has been dealing with a lot of different medical issues and their prognosis has gone downhill quickly. The stress of knowing the consumer is in a lot of pain and likely never going to get better has been very hard for Lalani. She is having difficulty sleeping and no longer enjoys her favorite hobbies. She took some time off, but it didn't really help Is Lalani suffering from burnout or compassion fatigue? O Burnout O Compassion Fatigue
