With reference to the Contracts Act 1950 or any caselaw, answer the following questions.(a) Alpha Medical Company placed an advertisement in NST, Star,Berita Harian and othernewspaper for their products, stating that any person who purchasedand used their product,herbal syrup but still contracted Covid-19 despite properlyfollowing the instructions would beentitled to a RM1,000 reward. The advertisement further stated thatthe company haddemonstrated its sincerity by placing RM10,000 in Maybank accountto act as the reward. Sarahsaw the advertisement and purchased the herbal syrup and, despiteproperly using it, shecontracted Covid-19 and attempted to claim the RM1,000 reward fromthe Alpha MedicalCompany.Alpha Medical Company contended that they could not be boundbecause it was anadvertisement. Advise Sarah whether she is entitled to the rewardof RM1,000.
