Our market-leading range of paper productsincludes coated fine papers used by printers, publishers, andcorporate end users in the production of books, brochures,magazines, and many other print publications. The wood and pulpneed for our products are produced within Sappi Ltd. and fromaccredited suppliers. Sappi Ltd. has a tradition of innovating anddeveloping new products to meet local demand. As part of thestrategy to rationalize declining business, focus on business wherewe have a competitive advantage and strengthen our balance sheet,we entered into an agreement to sell our nonperforming Mills in theNorthern region. At the end of the financial year, we receivedapproval from the competition commission and both transactions wererealized in October and November of 2015.
