4 DAYS AFTER ADMISSION During an assessment and treatment session the patient stated that she was breathing much better Although she was still pale, she demonstrated no remarkable cyanosis, pursed lip breathing, or use of accessory muscles of respiration. When asked to give a strong cough, she did so and produced a moderate amount of thin, clear secretions. Her vital signs were as follows: blood pressure 135/85, heart rate 80 bpm, respiratory rate 14/min, and temperature normal. Mild rhonchi and crackles still were auscultated over the bases of both lung fields. Her Spo, was 94%, and her ABGs were as follows: pH 748, PaCo2,49 mmHg. HCO3, 38 mmol/L, and PaO2 66 mmHg, A current chest x-ray no longer showed an opacity in the right lower lobe. Based on the information above, write your SOAP
