Charismatic leaders have the ability to enable ordinary people to achieve extraordinary results and are known for their capacity to inspire their employees to over-achieve. Some characteristic qualities of a charismatic leader are self-confidence, a clear vision, extraordinary behaviou environmental sensitivity. Based on this and with the use of relevant examples from the extract, argue in favour statement that Steve Jobs is a charismatic leader. 2
