evaluate the water distribution, water pressure, and flow rate. Here you will need to make more assumptions before you can start calculating. The suggested assumption that is needed:
a) Size of water tank: 2000×3500 mm
b) Height of water tank: 2,000 mm
c) Location of water outlet from the water tank: bottom of the water tank
d) Height of the water inside the water tank: 80% of full storage
e) Outer diameter of pipe: 32 cm
f) Inner diameter of pipe: 30 cm
g) Pipe length: 80 m
h) Is the water tank open to the atmosphere or is it pressurized
It is pressurized
i) The water flow rate at the outlet of the shower head:
11.29 sec per 1L which is 0.09 cms
1. The Reynold Number, friction factor, Loss coefficient of the water flowing
2. The Pressure Head requires to achieve the measured flow rate (water exiting from shower head)
Please help me to do this task, and if the assumptions are wrong, please edit for me and proceed the calculation.
