QUESTION 4 [25 MARKS] (a) Environmental issues are all around us. However, sometimes in the effort to solve one issue, another issue is created. Take for example harvesting solar energy as a way to reduce carbon dioxide released by fossil fuels. Although solar energy is renewable, the solar panels used to harvest it are not and will become solid waste at the end of their shelf life. Water scarcity is also a very pressing issue. Point out FOUR (4) ways that people try to address water scarcity BUT may end up creating another issue that also needs to be solved. [8 Marks]
