Figure Q3 illustrate a multi-degree of freedom system. The generalised coordinate are taken as X₁ and X₂, respectively. i) ii) Determine the natural frequency and the mode shape (vector) if M₁ = 10 kg, M= 1 kg, k, = 30 N/m, k₂ = 5 N/m whilst the other parameters are negligible (i.e., null value).
