1. Objectives 1. To study the behavior of the output voltage DC ripples when different smoothing capacitors are used. 2. Use a diode of your choice in the simulator, and vary the smoothing capacitor as shown. The source is a sine wave with 10V amplitude and 1 kHz frequency. 3.
