Instructions Program 3 will read in the data from the attached file and create a paycheck file. Each line of text in the input file contains the name, hours worked, and hourly rate for an employee. The output file "Paycheck.txt" will contain a line for each employee with their name and the paycheck amount. Use the same formula as in your payroll calculator program (time and a half for over 40 hours).
