1. 15-year-old girl present to the clinic complaining of“pimples” for 6 months. She has been using an over-the-counter facewash four times a day to keep the oil and dirt off but it has nothelped. Examination reveals several dozen erythematous papules andpustules over the forehead and central face with scattered open andclosed comedones. A diagnosis of moderate inflammatory acne isentertained.
