An experiment compares the growth of fish on standard feed vs standard feed with a supplement derived from algae. The experiment is set up by having two aquariums with 20 fish each. Fish in aquarium 1 are feed with "standard feed" and fish in aquarium 2 are fed with "standard feed + supplement". The "standard feed" fish reach a certain length (a length associated with maturity) in an average of 14 days. The "standard + supplement" fish reach that same length in an average of 12 days. The p value for the statistical test comparing these data is 0.07. Did the supplement helped significantly to improve the growth of the fish? No, because the p value is greater than 0.05 O No, because the control group grew faster O Yes, because the the fish with standard feed + supplement grew to a certain lenght in 12 vs the fish fed with standard feed took 14 days fed days Yes, because the experimental group grew faster
