OH (-)-menthol (a component of peppermint oil) (A) Draw the line and wedge representation of the dextrorotatory isomer of menthol. (B) Convert the line and wedge representation of (-)-menthol to the corresponding chair conformations A & B in the template shown below. Pay close attention to the numbering and show all non-hydrogen substituents in their correct orientation. conformation A conformation B (C) Choose which conformation (A or B above) is more stable.
