Two particles collide. Their masses before the collision are
m1 and m2. After the collision the
masses are m'1 and m'2. Assume that from
the spectators A point of view the momentum is conserved. Spectator
B is moving with a velocity v relating to spectator A. Which
condition has to come true so that the momentum is conserved also
by spectator B's point of view?
