(55 points) Two concentric, cylindrical metal plates of length ? have an inner radius, and an outer radius inner positive cylinder has a charge Q, the outer cylinder has a charge -Q, and the capacitor has a vacuum/air between the plates. (a) Write down Gauss's Law (b) Find the electric field between the plates, E (Do not forget the Gaussian surface). (c) Find the parentierence between the plates (d) Find the capacitance between the two plates (e) Supposer, = 4.1 cm, rg = 9.5 cm, 1 = 2.1 m and the space between the cylinders is filled with a material with a dielectric constant of 5. Find the value of C.
